2.What are the steps to place an order?

-- If you are interested in our custom OEM vitamin E lubricant, please follow these five simple steps:

a. Inquiry

b. Brand and design submission (if applicable)

If you have your own brand and lubricant design, please forward it to us.

c. Pricing and Contract

We will calculate the price based on the detailed information you provide. Once you agree to the price, we will draft the contract and send it to you. After receiving a 30% advance payment, we can immediately produce samples for you. Once you confirm, we will start formal production right away.

d. Sample approval and production

We will produce samples of vitamin E lubricant based on your design and send them to you for approval. After your confirmation, we will complete the production of the entire batch of lubricants within approximately 35 to 45 working days.

e. Balance Payment and Shipment

After receiving the balance payment, we will provide you with the complete set of shipping documents for the lubricant.

3. What are your payment terms?

Payment terms: 30%T/T in advance. The balance should be paid based on the inspection note or a copy of the bill of lading. Payment can also be made via Paypal or other methods.

Transportation conditions: EMS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT, or sea or air freight.

Port of shipment: Generally, our quotations are based on EXW or FOB Tianjin prices.

4. Can samples be sent for free?

To provide quality references, we can offer 1-2 samples for free. However, the freight charges need to be borne by yourself.
