2. Q：What is the lead time for custom lubricants?
A：35-45 workdays after got the 30% advance payment and design and sample confirmation.
3. Q：What is your payment term?
A：Our payment term is: 30% deposit to be paid by Buyer by T/T in 7 working days after the signature of contract by both parties, the 70% balance to be paid before the goods is to be delivered from Buyer.
4. Q：What certificates do your lubricants have?
A：We have ISO9001,Production License,FSC certificate.
5. Q：What is the minimum order quantity for custom lubricants?
A：MOQ of OEM production:
MOQ of Pouch package is 200,000bags;
MOQ of Tube package is 3,000tubes;
MOQ of bottle package is 3,000bottles.
6. Q：What are the steps to place an order?
A：Please follow these five simple steps:
a. Initial Inquiry
Please inform us of the specific type of lubricant you need, its fragrance, packaging method, packaging size, and the quantity you plan to order.
b. Brand and Design Submission (if applicable)
If you have your own brand and lubricant design, please forward it to us.
c. Pricing and Contract
We will calculate the price based on the details you provide. Once you agree to the price, we will draft a contract and send it to you. After receiving a 30% deposit payment, we proceed with samples and formal production.
d. Sample Approval and Production
We will make samples according to your design and send it to you for approval. After your confirmation, we will complete the production of the entire batch of lubricant within approximately 35-45 working days.
e. Balance Payment and Shipment
After receiving the balance payment, we will provide you with a complete set of shipping documents for the lubricant.
